Breakages/Loss of items 

Items lost or returned damaged will be charged at the cost of replacement or repair which ever is the cheaper. Please see the replacement cost table. Where possible this will be deducted from the deposit with the balance being refunded but where the cost of replacement or repair exceeds this you will be invoiced and required to pay the balance within 30 days.

Payment Terms

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required with your order with the full payment to be paid at least 14 days prior to delivery of your goods.

 

In some circumstances a refundable security deposit will be required. This will be held and then returned within 7 days of the end of the hire period minus any deductions for damaged, dirty or broken goods.
